Summit is free, excluding meals, for students and faculty of journalism or related fields.
Students and faculty may RSVP and send payment for meals using the registration form.

By registering for the Summit, you give your permission to distribute your name and contact information to conference attendees and exhibitors. If you prefer not to be included in these distributed lists, please include a written request with your registration for your contact information to be omitted.

GENERAL INFO

All activities for the Summit will be held at the Memorial Union on the University of Missouri-Columbia campus. A campus map will be mailed to you with your registration confirmation and receipt of payment.

Registration Location
Registration for the conference will be in the North Lobby of the Memorial Union on the MU Campus.

Thursday, March 1, 2007 from 1-5 p.m.
Friday, March 2, 2007 from 7-10 a.m.

Directions to Memorial Union
From 1-70
Exit 128 at U.S. 63 highway. Proceed south (signs will say toward Jefferson City). Exit Stadium Blvd, turn right heading west. Turn right (north) on College Avenue, and left (west) on University Avenue. Parking available at University Parking Garage immediately on your right. Memorial Union is one block south/west of University Parking Garage: 518 Hitt St.

From U.S. 63
Exit west on Stadium Blvd. Turn right (north) on College Avenue, and left (west) on University Avenue. Parking available at University Parking Garage immediately on your right. Memorial Union is one block south/west of University Parking Garage: 518 Hitt St.

Parking on Campus
A limited number of on-campus parking passes are available at the University Avenue Garage located one block from the MU Memorial Union. The fee is included in your registration. If requested, a parking pass hangtag will be mailed to you with your registration confirmation materials. If you register after Feb. 15, 2005, you will need to pick up your hangtag at the MAP Publishing Summit registration desk.

Lodging
Please visit the Columbia Convention & Visitors Bureau for hotel information at http://www.visitcolumbiamo.com/

Conference participants are responsible for making their own lodging reservations.

Summit Refund Policy
Registration fees, minus a $25 processing fee, can be refunded if a written request is received by the MU Conference Office by Feb. 21, 2007. No refunds will be authorized after this date, but substitutions will be permitted. Full payment of fees will be expected from registrants who are unable to attend the conference but fail to notify the Conference Office in writing.
